Uncoiler Machine Introduction:
Uncoiler is an important part of the preparation equipment before the welded pipe production line. It is mainly used to fix the steel strip and expand the steel strip to provide raw materials for the production line. Including single cone, double cone, double cone uncoiler.

Machine Characteristics:
The body of the uncoiler is welded box structure, and the frequency conversion speed regulating motor drives the drum shaft to provide the main power for the uncoiler after decelerating through the gear box. The drum of the uncoiler is a hollow shaft, supported by two bearings on the gear box, and a transmission spur gear is installed between the bearings.

The gearbox is lubricated by forced lubrication and is equipped with two constant speed motors for the closed loop oil lubrication system. The mandrel is a cantilever structure, and the front end of the mandrel is supported by the external support bearing when uncoiling to maintain the stiffness and stability of the uncoiler.



Technology
The uncoiling machine core shaft is connected with four fan-shaped plates through four end faces with oblique dove-tail grooves. Each fan-shaped plate at the end is prevented from moving axially through a radial slide, but it can achieve radial expansion and contraction.

Q: How do you do QA?
A: We have a special team to do strict QA, this is one of our strengths:
(1)Every gearbox will be tested for 8 hours with oil inside to guarantee there is no leak.

(2)Every shaft will be inspected for centering jumpiness.
(3)Every roller will be checked to make sure it's in the range of tolerance critical parts will be inspected for all dimensions.
