Product Description
This machine is used in the welded pipe production line, between
the shear welding machine and the main machine (forming machine).
Its function is to store enough steel strips. When the current roll
is almost used up, allow enough time for the next roll to complete
the shear butt welding with the previous roll, so as to ensure the
continuous production of the main machine.
The Whole Process of Pipe Production Line
Steel coil -- uncoiling -- shearing and butt-welding -- material
accumulating -- non-power leveling -- forming -- high frequency
welding -- removing burrs outside of weld seam -- cooling -- sizing
-- roughly straightening --fixed length cutting -- finished pipe --
run-out table

A:We have special team to do strict QA,this is one of our

(1)Every gear box will be tested for 8 hours with oil inside to
guarantee there is no leak.
(2)Every shaft will be inspected for the centering jumpiness.
(3)Every roller will be checked to make sure its in the range of
tolerance critical parts will be inspected for all dimensions.
