Working Principle of Welded Pipe Mould
The steel strip is fed into more than 4 sets of forming dies to be
rolled into tubes, and then welded into tubes by argon arc welding
or high frequency welding in the welding zone, and then pressed
into more than two sets of forming dies of standard size, and then
folded or cut cut. There are many ways to determine the size. The
simple point is to install a micro switch at a certain length of
the discharge port. After the pipe reaches the switch, the trigger
circuit controls the cutting wheel to cut the pipe.
Usage
Welded pipe molds are used to produce stainless steel profiles,
copper, aluminum, and iron profiles, as well as high-frequency
welded pipes. The quality of the roll determines the quality of the
product.

Cutting → Rough Machining → Quenching and Tempering → Finishing →
Heat Treatment (High Temperature Quenching and High Temperature
Tempering) → Polishing → Finished Product
