handling required by high-quality materials. The strip accumulators
integrate fully with the tube mill, so end shearing and
welding can be carried out while the tube mill runs at a constant
speed, ensuring optimal efficiency.
Every model in the range is designed for easy installation and
requires little maintenance. They are built with maximum attention
to noise control and safety and offer an efficient way of
maintaining mill feed and improving productivity.
Summary
Spiral accumulator is used to receive strip steel discontinuously
from uncoiler and at the same time provide the steel strip to
forming unit continuously.
The capability of reservation can be controlled by spiral parallel.
The circumference difference of outer and inner parallel multiply
by number of parallel is the capability of reservation.
There are guide roll supporting stand and torsion area in front of
spiral accumulate. Steel strip will be turned from horizontal state
to vertical state. Guide roll supporting stand is made up of
carrier frame and holder and two vehicle withdrawal rolls, vehicle
withdrawal rolls can alter strip steel from horizon state to
vertical state. Vehicle withdrawal roll is driven by electric
machine, which and drive unit of accumulate is controlled by
operating table.
