Product Introduction
The round tube unit without roller change is a new product
developed by our company, when changing the product specifications,
breakdown section of the forming machine do not need to change the
rolls,so that it can save a lot of investment in rolls, especially
suitable for large and medium-sized units.

Theory
The straight seam welded pipe production line uses roll forming
theory to gradually shape the strip steel into a billet tube, then
through Kelvin effect and proximity effect of the high frequency
current to heat up the welding line, letting it reach the welding
temperature and finish the welding. A scraping device will then cut
off the extra burr created during the welding phase, and the heated
tube will go through the process of water cooling which lowers the
tube temperature to standard degrees. Next, another round of
roller-sizing will further shape the tube size and thickness and
let it reach the desired diameter or dimension. Lastly, the tube
will go through a rough straightening process through Turkshead and
finally come out as the finished product.

A: Since we design individual machines based on our customer's
requirements, we need your desired products' basic dimensions,
