High frequency welded pipe production line is mainly used for continuous production of straight seam welded pipe. It adopts high-frequency induction welding, which can not only produce round pipe but also corresponding square pipe and special-shaped pipes. The high-frequency pipe welding machine is mainly used for the production of various iron pipes, construction pipes, structural pipes, water pipes, oil pipes, API Pipes, and so on.

Process Flow

Steel Coil → Double-arm Uncoiler → Shear and End Cutting & Welding → Coil Accumulator → Forming (Flattening Unit + Main Driving Unit + Forming Unit + Guide Unit + High-Frequency Induction Welding Unit + Squeeze Roller) → Deburring → Water Cooling → Sizing & Straightening → Flying Saw Cutting → Pipe Conveyor → Packaging → Warehouse Storage

Theory

The straight seam welded pipe production line uses roll forming theory to gradually shape the strip steel into a billet tube, then through Kelvin effect and proximity effect of the high frequency current to heat up the welding line, letting it reach the welding temperature and finish the welding. A scraping device will then cut off the extra burr created during the welding phase, and the heated tube will go through the process of water cooling which lowers the tube temperature to standard degrees. Next, another round of roller-sizing will further shape the tube size and thickness and let it reach the desired diameter or dimension. Lastly, the tube will go through a rough straightening process through Turkshead and finally come out as the finished product.

Q: How do you do QA?
A: We have a special team to do strict QA, this is one of our strengths:
(1)Every gearbox will be tested for 8 hours with oil inside to guarantee there is no leak.

(2)Every shaft will be inspected for centering jumpiness.
(3)Every roller will be checked to make sure it's in the range of tolerance critical parts will be inspected for all dimensions.
